The standard process to manufacture EPS insulation sheets is cutting EPS blocks using hot wires.
Today many EPS processors also use shape moulding machines, especially for production of perimeter boards.

For production of sheets with rebated edges, VIRO offers a new knife-cutter for dustless operation, leaving scrap material which can be recycled.
