FOAMLINE HVX - cutting line for custom cuts

Standard Cutting Lines with cross cutter : the length cut is performed in a station, where the material is pushed 90 degrees to production flow direction through a set of vertical wires onto a material discharge table. Unlike the wires in a DOWNCUTTER, the vertical wires can be set in any distance.

When cutting small pads or "bits & pieces", the real problem is the handling and packing of these tiny stripes and cigarette-box-size cubes.
Cutting may work nicely with an accurate machine, thin wire carefully stretched and heated, but once you touch the stack of tiny little pieces, the whole pile explodes and you can collect the product from the floor the next 2-3 hours.
