Two different palletizing systems are available :

- palletizer with magazine for wooden pallets
- bundle stacking without pallets

A complete BUNDEL MANAGEMENT system consists of a de-stacker, packaging machine, stacker (palletizer) and a group wrapping station, to hold the bundles tightly together.
VIRO also offers a "leg-insert" station, where rectangual pieces of EPS are automatically inserted to the bottom of the stack.
Thus the fork likft can take the stacks without the use of wooden pallets.

If your EPS factory still uses wodden pallets, VIRO offers a pallet magazine with chain conveyor to automatically feed pallets ot the stacking system.
Bundle stacks on wooden pallets can be wrapped, using a vertical stretch wrapping system :
